David F Randolph, DMD, MAGD

Dr. Randolph has proudly served this community and upheld a tradition of excellence in Lake City over the past 30 years.

Dr. Randolph received his dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1983. He opened this practice in the spring of 1984, and has been providing exceptional dental care ever since. Throughout his career he has completed thousands of hours of continuing education, ensuring he provides his patients with the best care possible.

Dr. Randolph is ardent about the services he provides, and his continuing education credentials are a testament to his values and dedication to both his patients and his field.

Dr. Randolph was awarded his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2000. It is the Academy's highest honor and is held by only 3% of general dentists. The following year, he completed his dental implants training at the University of Georgia, and in 2002 he was recognized as an Associate Fellow in the Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Randolph is an active member in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Florida Dental Association.

Amelia A. Randolph, DMD, MS

Dr. Amelia Randolph is proud to uphold the tradition of dental excellence set by her father and grandfather in this community.

Dr. Amelia grew up with dentistry, helping in her father's practice and volunteering at the VA, where her grandfather was the head of dental services. Dr. Amelia received her bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006. Before entering dental school she earned her master's in biomedical sciences from Barry University in Miami. She completed her dental training at Nova Southeastern University in the summer of 2012 and joined her father's practice in July of that year.

Dr. Amelia has proved a valuable addition to the caring, professional service our office is known for, and has sought continuing education courses to remain at the forefront of emerging dental technologies and address all of your dental needs.

Her various advanced training includes cosmetic bonding, periodontal surgery, CAD/CAM prosthetic design and endodontics. In 2014 she completed training in administration of dermal fillers, helping to further enhance and frame your smile.

Dr. Amelia is an active member in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Florida Dental Association.

Terri Millikin

Office Manager/Dental Assistant

Terri is a lifelong resident of Columbia County. She graduated from Columbia High School in 1978 and Santa Fe Community College in 1982, receiving her Associate of Science degree in Dental Assisting. Terri has been with Dr. Randolph since he opened his practice in 1984.

"I consider our patients my extended family and have loved seeing second and third generations come through our doors, entrusting their dental health with us."

DeAnne Ficken

Insurance Coordinator

DeAnne graduated salutatorian from Branford High School in 1993. She attended both Lake City Community College and Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. DeAnne has worked for Dr. Randolph for the past 16 years and in the dental field for 23 years.

"I love working in an office where we are able to establish such great relationships with our patients over the years."

Kelly Hollingsworth

Dental Hygienist

Kelly grew up in Live Oak, Florida and graduated from Suwannee High School in 1993. She received her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Santa Fe Community College in 1997. Kelly has worked for Dr. Randolph for the past 19 years and has been practicing hygiene for 21 years.

"The patients' comfort and smile are my top priorities. I enjoy working with some of the latest technologies to enhance both."

Jessica Cassady

Dental Hygienist

Jessica is a lifelong resident of Columbia County graduating from Columbia High School in 1999. She graduated Santa Fe Community College with her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2003. Jessica has been practicing ever since, and joined Dr. Randolph 12 years ago.

"I understand that certain anxieties arise when visiting the dentist. My goal always is to provide gentle care in a comforting environment."

Tabitha Tyre

Dental Assistant

Tabitha was raised in Lake City and graduated from Columbia High School in 1996. She received her expanded duties certification in 2001 from Concord Career Institute. Tabitha has worked for Dr. Randolph for the past 15 years and has been assisting for 17 years.

"I really love what I do - to educate patients on their dental needs while helping to change how they feel about themselves through their smile."

Susan Whiticar

Dental Assistant

Susan, a native Floridian from Stuart, Florida, graduated from Martin County High School in 1972. She has been assisting since 1980 and has received expanded duties certifications from both the University of Florida and LSU. Susan moved to Lake City in 2004 and has worked for Dr. Randolph for the past 11 years.

"I enjoy the patients in our practice and the great staff I work with. Everyday is something new and I like catching up with our old patients and getting to know the new ones, while helping them achieve their dental goals."

Kerri Dooley

Dental Assistant

Kerri grew up in Lake City and graduated from Columbia High School in 2008. She graduated from Florida Gateway College with her AA degree, and earned her dental assisting certificate from Santa Fe College in 2013. Kerri has been working with Dr. Randolph for the past year.

"The variety of patients and procedures that fill each day means I am always learning something new about techniques and technologies in the dental field."
